'Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.'

'Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be...

'Overall stay was good. Stayed 2 nights had to check back in no staff in front office when went to confirm second night. Even after contract made cleaning staff removed all my items. Did speak with staff before hand to inform them no need to clean room and items were still removed. Better communication among staff members.'

'I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. '

'This hotel is close to the highway with easy access to downtown. The rooms facing the pond are quiet. Rates are great. Bathroom is clean. But the TVs are not smart TVs. Parking is plenty, and service is generally quick. But the staff who checked out gave us the wrong info - It clearly stated on the in-room water bottles that silver members get 2 bottles of water for free, but he told us it only applied to higher tiers. Better training is required. '
