'Teleurstellend verblijf. Bij het inchecken was niemand aanwezig, we moesten bellen naar een telefoonnummer. Na eindeloos overgaan en opnieuw gebeld iemand aan de telefoon die vertelde dat de sleutel in de brievenbus buiten lag. De kamer bleek niet schoongemaakt te zijn.
