The flat is located in a stone farmhouse facing the swimming pool, composed of 4 Bilo flats, completely surrounded by greenery and immersed in the nature of the green and silent Candigliano valley, one of the most beautiful and wildest valleys of the Pesaro hinterland, with a mild and temperate climate, from which one can enjoy a unique and enchanting panorama of the Umbria-Marches Apennines. The swimming pool is wonderfully set in the landscape where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. On the border with Umbria and Tuscany, 6 km. from the village of Piobbico where you can find all services and a few km. from the surrounding villages rich in history with castles and museums, home of mushrooms and truffles, and from some of the most beautiful Italian cities of art such as Urbino, Unesco heritage site, Gradara, San Leo, Gubbio, Assisi and many others.

The numerous surrounding villages, rich in history with their castles and museums, as well as truffle and mushroom patriae with their numerous food and wine festivals (Acqualagna, Sant'Angelo in Vado, Urbania, Apecchio, Piobbico) are just a few minutes' drive away. 25 km. from the Renaissance city of Urbino, a Unesco heritage site. 55 km from the sea, Fano-Costa Adriatica, with its many free beaches, also for pets, and bathing establishments with beach restaurants. 1 hour from Ancona with the marvellous Frasassi Caves and the enchanting, uncontaminated Conero sea with its marvellous cliffs and inlets. The nearest town is Piobbico, where there are all the services such as supermarkets, bars, typical restaurants, church, pharmacy, doctor, banks, etc. Alternatively, it is also possible to spend a day at the seaside in Fano (Adriatic Coast), which is about 60 km away and easily reached in about 1 hour by car (55 km of 4-lane/fast-flowing/low-traffic highway + 15 km of provincial road). Here you will immediately find the beaches (establishments, free and admitted with animals) along the state road. You can choose to go south.... to the Velvet Beach in Senigallia or head north to easily reach the Romagna coast (Pesaro-Gabicce-Misano-Riccione-Rimini).
