'Great service, lovely atmosphere, large room with a large comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, very good restaurant and close to the city centre.'

'The chalets are very noisy. You can hear the neighbours walk in their room and when they happen to speak up a little loud you can hear everything. The rooms are non-smoking but they have ash trays so there had been smoking in the room. It stank. For the rest it was clean, there was airco.'

It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. '

'We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. The location is fantastic, and one of the things we always look for in a property… restaurants, bars, markets all...

'We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one.'
