Talofa lava Ulielo,We are sorry to hear that felt unsafe and had to leave our premises early. We do advertise our rooms as having an indoor/outdoor bathroom with photos showing this. The reason we say it is an indoor/outdoor is because it is ONLY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE INSIDE OF THE ROOM and it just gives a feeling of showering outside under the stars but is fully surrounded by a very tall rock wall. The property is also fully fenced. The front door as you enter is locked automatically when closed and cannot be opened from the outside unless you have a key but is easily opened from the inside, it also has a security lock inside for use if you would like the extra security. The back door that you use to enter the bathroom from the room has a lock for those who are using the shower or toilet so no one from the room is just walking in however can easily be opened with a butter knife from inside the room incase you have children that accidentally lock themselves in the bathroom. There is also a lock on the inside of the bathroom door should you need the extra security when you are about to sleep. For the curtains, thank you for bringing this up that it is an issue for you and may be a possible issue for other guests- we will work on having curtains that overlap. Much apologies Valelia, we have reported the dogs many times as they are the surrounding neighbors dogs. They walk around looking for food and have never harmed any guests however we also do not want them around the property. We will try to get it sorted asap. We apologize for our swimming pool, we have had some tiles missing and it has been a mission trying to find an underwater glue that holds the tiles in place without emptying the pool. We also had some work done in July building the rooftop deck and the welding of the rails has created a yellow dirty look on the tiles that we also cannot remove. Please know that it is not dirt but is the result of the welding sparks that have stained the tiles.And yes much apologies for the fresh paint smell as you were the first guests occupying that room after a fresh coat of paint.We do hope to host you again in the future and really hope that by we have found a way to fix our tiles in the pool by then :)

Talofa lava Vivienne,Much apologies, we have been short staffed since the borders have re-opened as a lot of our people have left our shores to work overseas. Most businesses in Samoa are facing the same problem and suffering trying to find staff. At the moment we only open for breakfast on Sundays and the restaurant/bar close the rest of the day so most likely this is when you were to find NO STAFF. However, housekeeping should have been around to service your room and restock supplies. Again, apologies that you did not enjoy your first experience and we do hope to host you again in the future and do better.
