The large outdoor area is spread over a 3000 m2 plot with native plants and trees and a swimming pool with wonderful views. The pool has a surface area of 50 m2 and the depth varies between 100 cm and 150 cm. The water and salt purification system allows you to always swim in clear water. Next to the private pool is a dining area with a table and benches, while around it is the sun terrace with sun loungers and well-positioned parasols, allowing you to relax at any time of day. Enjoy a cool drink on the terrace or veranda, take a dip in the warm pool water and watch the sunset for a romantic moment... this is the true experience of this property, with a high level of privacy and luxury. A spacious 3000 m2 area with local plants and trees frames the beautiful pool, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of northern Crete. Chania is one of the oldest and most authentic towns on Crete and is definitely worth a visit. If you like nightlife and shopping, you can visit along the coast to the old Venetian port of Chania.
