The villa is close to Episkopi village, where there are restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc. Episkopi Beach is only 5,5 km away and it is full of beach bars and restaurants. Only 15' away and through a lovely route in countryside you are able to visit Argiroupoli, a village where you can enjoy the authentic Cretan cuisine by the view and the sound of Argiroupoli's waterfalls.

Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is a stair to enter in the house.
