This house was built in 1830, carefully renovated in a traditional rustic style two-storey house suitable for 2-8persons. and lovingly renovated It’s on a quiet village Tzitzifes. Has a beautiful yard and a breathtaking panorama of the mountains.
There are nice walking and hiking trails in the area .

Villa Zoi Sleeps 2 to 8 in beds comfortably and is ideal for families or groups.
On the ground floor there is an open plan area where you will find the living room, the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen .Also on the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom.

On the first floor there are 1 bedroom with two single beds and bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds or twin bed and bathroom

Also from the first floor you will have access to the enormous veranda which offers panoramic views of the mountains.

Outdoors there is a yard under the tree, the barbecue area, one veranda with a seating area and dining area

The swimming pool which is below the house is surrounded by trees and greenery - and therefore very private.

The villa is far from tourism crowds and is sunny and quiet .about 12km from the coastal village of Georgioupolis. Its location is 34 km east of Chania which takes about 30 minutes drive along the National Road and 45km to Chania airport (code CHQ) and 150km to Heraklion airport (code HER) .
