Beautiful
The villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing. You are close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough to get out of the crowd and relax. We are already talking about our next trip. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

Our Short Florida Stay
We were visiting Florida to see family & friends. . The condo we found in Apopka was great!! The area was safe, quiet & pretty. The condo was clean & it had all the basics if you want to have a cup of coffee or make a full meal. Near, but not too close to many stores & restaurants. Had a great visit!!

Great Place to Stay!
The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might possibly need. Yvette met us personally and was very welcoming and available for any communication throughout our stay. The next time we visit Florida we would love to stay here again. My only “less than glowing” comment is that it may be time to consider investing in new mattresses.

Clean villa in a quiet area.
Ultra clean, well stocked villa was just right for my husband and me plus another couple traveling with us. Loved the closed in porch. Parking was a little bit of a problem but we made it work.

Not a good place to stay with motorcycles had to park the bikes up in the overflow parking lot could not keep the bikes next to the Villa how do you walk 10 minutes every morning just to get your motorcycle

Hi Chris, sorry to see your review about your disappointment. We talked about this beforehand and indicated there is no parking for bikes. We actually went above and beyond to try to accommodate your trailer and bikes and got a special permit to do so from the overflow lot owner.

The Perfect Rare Jewel!
This perfect rare jewel was ideal for my family and I. I must say, unpon arrival I was blown away by the charm and decor of the home. The online pictures do not do justice to the actual home. It was clean, spacious and perfect for two couples, or a family. The hosts are quite friendly and super attentive. This accomodation had everything one could think of! The enclosed patio was perfect for morning coffee or tea. The outdoor grill area was ideal for evening dinners. The location of the home is not far from the foodstores, coffeeshops, parks, etc... We stayed for a little over 4 months, and look forward to staying here again, if Yvette would have us. My kids enjoyed themselves and so did the adults. I must give kuddos to Yvette because even though she was an attentive host she also allowed us to have/maintain her privacy. I highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

We enjoyed our two month stay at this abandon/closed golf course. Interesting set up with the villas. Good privacy. One way street in and one way street back out. Nice and quiet with no traffic except those living there. Loved the small lake beauty too. Owner of villa super great, friendly, helpful.

We enjoyed the stay. It was clean and comfortable. We did find what it appeared to be cameras on the TV's in the bedrooms which we disconnected when found. Could have and probably was nothing but it did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable. The parking was an issue at night sometimes if we were out later then 7PM. Donna took very good care of us.

Very Quiet and clean place to stay
Loved the accommodations and cleanliness. It has everything you need to cook with, grill included. Vicki was wonderful. She was there to meet us when we arrived to make sure everything was perfect. Would have given it 5 stars but there was no mention that the golf course was closed. That was one of our reasons for renting. Overall it was a great experience.

The Perfect Family Getaway
Vicky was the perfect host. She met us at the villa when we arrived and made sure everything was suited to our needs. Her personable nature and warm welcome was the perfect beginning to our trip. The villa was impeccably clean and the view from the porch was beautiful in the mornings and the evenings. Its central location is convenient for visiting the Disney parks, downtown Orlando, and downtown Winter Park (a little treasure we discovered on our trip). We hope to be back soon and highly recommend this villa.

Very nice villa. However, the mattress set on one of the beds in the master bedroom slept horrible. It is the first one as you walk into the room. The only other issues we had were that the tub in the second bedroom did not drain properly. Also, one of the slats in the sliding door blinds fell out. We could tell that it had happened before because it had been repaired with scotch tape. We reported this to Vicky. She was very nice and was readily available should there be any issues that needed immediate attention.

Fantastic Villa. Incredible hospitality from the Host.
We would highly recommend this villa. The location is perfect, close to the parks, and close to downtown Orlando. The Villa is fully furnished with everything that you need. Vicky, the host, is very attentive to every detail to make sure you’re lodging is perfect.

Very nice and clean property with plenty of room and all the amenities of any home.
The owner's communication prior to our arrival we was really nice and thorough. We really had no questions after reading what she sent. She met us when we arrived to show us around and even supplied us with a nice bottle of wine and some of her own coffee! The property was spotless and roomy. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit our family.

Family vacation in apopka....
The villa is as pictured except the frig was different, the beds are very comfortable and the unit was very clean, the owner Vicky is super nice and met us when we arrived. Only problem we had was with the a.c. unit, every afternoon it would get up to 79 or 80 degrees, and the a.c. was set at 74 the rest of the day it didn't have a problem and Vicky asked her a.c. guy to come out 2 times on our 4 day stay, also the front bedroom gets very hot cause it has sun in there all day and the air doesn't seem to come out the well. Vicky is an awesome host, thank you for letting us rent your villa.

We surely enjoyed this immaculate, comfortable, and upscale "Home Away from Home"
I shared this lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood with my daughter, son-in-law, and two adult grandchildren June 7-9 (rather than staying in two separate hotel rooms with limited accommodations) as we attended and celebrated another granddaughter's wedding in Altamonte Springs. The bedrooms are spacious with two queen beds in each one and ample dressing areas. We could prepare a few quick meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and visit comfortably in the living room. The location was only 15-20 minutes away from Mt. Dora where we met up with other family members for a visit. Ms. Vicky was a friendly, kind, and thoughtful hostess at all times, providing timely service when the H/A thermostat needed a battery replacement for cooling while everyone was preparing to leave for the wedding. I definitely recommend this place to others seeking temporary lodging on the north side of Orlando and plan to return when future occasions arise. Carol P. from Memphis, TN

Will definitely return. Was everything as advertised. We were greeted with open arms.

Great Villa
We stayed at the Villa for 7 nights and had a great time. The place is clean and was spacious for our family of three. The kitchen had all the essentials for making breakfasts and/or other meals. Vicky did a great job at addressing all our questions and treating use like kings/queens. While in the area we golfed, saw several shows, hiked and just relaxed.

Nicely appointed villa in lovely location. Convenient to family living at Errol. Vicky is very attentive and gracious. Minor issues with slow drains, but no doubt that Vicky will fix them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely PERFECT!
If you're looking for a place to rent in Apopka, look no further! This villa is charming and comfortable and quiet! It has everything could ever imagine right at your fingertips! Vicky is a marvelous host, too! Our flight was landing late in Orlando, and I knew we wouldn't be arriving at the villa until after 1:00 am. Vicky was there, waiting for us when we arrived, even at that late hour! Not only that, but she had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us! And if her hospitality wasn't enough when we got there, after we got home to NY, I discovered that I was missing two rings and a bracelet. I was distraught and contacted Vicky to ask her if she would have her cleaning crew look for them. Vicky took it upon herself to go over to the villa and personally look for them. Fortunately, she found them and dropped them in the mail to me. How great is that?? You will NOT regret booking this villa. Wonderful place to stay and a wonderful host who is available to you whenever or if ever you should need her during your stay. We would not hesitate to rent from Vicky again.

I thought I had posted something regarding our stay earlier, but it didn't show here. Anyway, My wife and I and another couple came over from Tampa for the long Labor Day weekend to golf at Black Bear and Red Tail. The unit we rented from Vicky exceeded our expectations. In addition to the charming Villa, Vicky was so attentive, we started to think of her as family, even though we didn't meet her. She actually ask us in advance what beer we drank and when we arrived, we found a 12 pack waiting for us in the refrigerator. Although the location is a bit obscure, once you get your bearings it's convenient to stores and restaurants. If you plan to play the golf course on-site, you might want to check the latest reviews first. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family or anyone else interested. Thanks again Vicky; we had a great time!

Very comfortable villa
The villa had everything we needed and our 2 grandchildren loved staying with us. we had plenty of room and the villa was stocked with everything we needed for our 7 day stay. We visited just after hurricane Irma and Vicky made sure the place was ready for our stay. Our son and his family was without power 6 days after the hurricane, and the owners allowed them to rent for 3 days in another villa they owned. We are very appreciative.
