'Quirky and stylish property conveniently located for the Kolonaki / Exarhia / Syntagma / shopping district areas. Beautiful top floor room in a listed building. There are stairs to climb so be prepared - luggage not an issue as the staff takes care of it.

--I got a fine deal but apparently it's available for as low as 70USD at times, which would be a steal.
--No reception desk but daily cleaning service and they replace your water and tea.

'Beautifully renovated boutique hotel with wonderful desk personnel and clean minimalistic decoration. Right in heart of a chique district in Athens on a remarkably quiet corner. Our room had a nice mini balcony with view over rooftops. A pleasure to stay there--lots of mirrors and a playfully decorated elevator.'

'The lobby was very clean, and the staff was very kind. They would also help you with good directions or things to do in Athens. The room was also totally fine, it had a nice bed. The shower was very new.
The breakfast was very nice and had a cute location.
The neighborhood was fine and a bit quiet, and had some really cute restaurants and cafés.
We were staying at the ground floor and did notice that you could hear people come in in the morning. So if you wanna sleep in, that might not really...

'Oh my! This place was the best! The beds were very comfy, the living room spacious. Loved the coffee and tea making facilities and that they provided coffee and tea. The balcony with views of the park was our go to location for morning coffee. (if you walk out of the building and take a left on the main road and again a left at the first side street, there's this amazing bakery at about a 2 mins walk! Excellent coffee, their orange cake it to die for!) We had a tiny issue with one of the showers...

'The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre of Athens. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the hotel has a great ambiance. As there are only 8 rooms, the atmosphere is intimate. The staff was very helpful. I had a 7 hour delay flying to Athens and the reception coordinated very efficiently with the taxi for the airport pick-up. All in all I had a fantastic experience and this will be my hotel whenever I am in Athens.'
