'I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!'

'Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). '

'Absolutely amazing place to stay! This was my sister and I’s last stop after doing a cross country road trip and it couldn’t have been a better place to end this leg of our trip. We had to book a room here last minute due to some really bad weather and Gloria was so incredibly helpful and kind. She even upgraded us to a two bedroom room! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. If I ever end up in Roanoke again I will absolutely stay...

'Zeer grote kamer en prima bed + matras. Zeer leuke bar. Minpunt: bij diner was de zaak voor 60% leeg en ik kon geen tafel alleen krijgen. Werd redelijk brutaal afgesnauwd. Barman was wel zeer attendvol en vriendelijk. '

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'
