'This place is a hidden gem! It looks very unassuming from the outside but inside was gorgeous and cozy. It looks newly updated/renovated, with a modern cabin feel. The room was big and spacious and even had a real record player which my husband and kids could not get enough of. 'Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). '

'Hotel was good, everything was as expected. Drain in bathtub was broken so my toddler couldn’t take a real bath, but that wasn’t a huge deal, just had to shower. Check in staff was okay, check out staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT! Walked to everything. '

'It's a very new hotel and they are still sorting out a few details like signs (we found the entrance after a brief adventure). Room is huge with nice robes, towels and toiletries. Shower was great. Design is classy if a bit bland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did miss my in room coffee, although they had good coffee available in the lobby. '

'I absolutely love this place. I've always sad when it's time to leave. The people are so sweet and caring and helpful and unbelievable. The place is clean and the rooms are fresh smelling and it's very pretty and the parking lot is great and it's just wonderful I just don't have enough words to say how wonderful it is. '

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'
