'This place is a hidden gem! It looks very unassuming from the outside but inside was gorgeous and cozy. It looks newly updated/renovated, with a modern cabin feel. The room was big and spacious and even had a real record player which my husband and kids could not get enough of. Easy check in and check out, no front desk to deal with.The common areas were really nice and cozy. 'Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). '

'It's a very new hotel and they are still sorting out a few details like signs (we found the entrance after a brief adventure). Room is huge with nice robes, towels and toiletries. Shower was great. Design is classy if a bit bland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did miss my in room coffee, although they had good coffee available in the lobby. '

'Zeer grote kamer en prima bed + matras. Zeer leuke bar. Minpunt: bij diner was de zaak voor 60% leeg en ik kon geen tafel alleen krijgen. Werd redelijk brutaal afgesnauwd. Barman was wel zeer attendvol en vriendelijk. '

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'There was hair in the bathtub and dog fur all over the floor. Was definitely not pleased, and will never stay at that specific Best Western ever again. '

'Cool lodge and common areas. Basic rooms that have all that you need. Economical Inn for the budget friendly. Morning muffins and ample kuerig coffee to get you going. Nice patieo with multiple Breo Wood pits and a large hit tube were nice. Great view of White Heat to get you motivated every morning. Would stay again'
