'We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. We have never met more friendly people working at a hotel, every single person was so accommodating and made you feel welcome. We stayed in a king bed room and it was extremely clean and spacious. 'Incredible and personalized check in experience with Holly. She made us feel incredibly welcomed for our first visit to Pittsburgh. Room was spacious and clean, parking was easy and close to the entrance.'

'We were a bit worried upon arrival: The neighborhood looks uninviting at night... But when we checked in we were glad to be welcomed by a very friendly staff. The room itself was the next pleasant surprise. An impressive large, spacious Room with sitting area. The staff recommended us some nice restaurants, close to the hotel. We ended up at the German restaurant " Max's" which was at walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend both the hotel and the restaurant!'

'Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. Will definitely stay there again!'

The breakfast bar had different choices every day and was also very clean. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Pittsburgh. The location is great, free parking, the drive into the city isn’t bad- especially if you go the back way around the tunnel.'

'Accommodations were good. Spacious room for 6 people. Amenities were also good free breakfast, no restaurant for dinner though but many to choose from on the strip. Only draw back only one car parking for reservation. Would recommend '
