'Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.'

'The kids enjoyed the smore kits to use at the fire pits. The inside jacuzzi was lacking much need repairs and left our skin very irritated but the outdoor pool and jacuzzi was . Overall the property was nice and staff was very polite.'

'The staff was just incredibly nice. The only thing I would suggest is a way to tip housekeepers electronically. No one carries cash anymore and a lot of hotels offer this option.'
