Red Roof Inn-accommodaties in Appalachian Plateau

'Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep.'

'Housekeeping did not clean suite I booked. There was a lot of what look like hair from their private parts. I was disgusted. I requested new sheets from front desk(Crystal) but she never brought them. I went downstairs to retrieve them myself and stood at the front desk for almost 5 minutes while Crystal played in her phone. I literally had to say excuse me for her to look up. I asked her what happened to her bringing fresh sheets to my room and her reply was "oh, I must've took them to the...

'There was some confusion with my reservation when I arrived but they ended up upgrading me to a suite. The room was kind of worn but overall it was "cleanish". The sink had a bunch of cracks, the shower had black mildew on the edges, and the sofa was super worn leather. I was going to put the comforter from the extra bed over the couch but I found a yellow stain on the fitted sheet and decided to just leave the extra bed be. The bed I slept on was super squeaky and let a indent on the mattress...

'Stayed there for one night only and was very impressed. Very nice and clean hotel and staff was extremely helpful. Road in front of the hotel is too busy for walking so you will need a car for getting to restaurants or shops.'
