The accommodation
Located in the town of Appietto, less than 20 minutes from the center of Ajaccio, this recent villa offers an exceptional setting between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of a quiet and preserved environment.

The village of Appietto is renowned for its natural landscapes and Mount Gozzi, famous for its remarkable panorama of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the south shore. The start of the hikes is only 5 minutes from the property.

On the sea side, the Gulf of Lava and its authentic beach, popular with the inhabitants of the region, are a 15-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy water activities such as scuba diving, boat trips or jet-skiing, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches.

Access to the property is via a small private road leading to an electric gate. Located on a natural plot of nearly one hectare, the villa benefits from an environment without vis-à-vis combining olive trees, hundred-year-old trees and species typical of the Corsican maquis.

The exteriors have been carefully landscaped with a large paved granite courtyard, a lawn, green spaces and a large terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola.
