'Reserved a king room. Arrived to be told and then were available because housekeeping didn't clean any single rooms today. Offered a double Queen which we had to take because I was too tired to look for anything else. I'm not sure there was an apology. When we got to the room. There was a pair of socks under the edge of one of the beds. And there were some black hairs on one of the beds. The bathroom wall had lots of nicks in the paint. The lobby is beautiful.'

'Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. 'The staff was friendly, the breakfast was satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room (bathroom) was suspect. The tv was outdated and the controller was complicated and aged.'

'We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable.'

'Het is het goedkoopste hotel van Fairmont/Morgantown en dat zul je weten ook. De bedden zijn slecht, het stinkt overal naar rook (ook in de niet-roken kamers), het personeel lijkt je niet te zien. Vlak ernaast ligt een Holiday Inn Express. Ook geen hotel om vreselijk vrolijk van te worden, maar in elk geval zakelijk, schoon en professioneel.'

'Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

'Friendly staff clean rooms. Only complying had was that the room doors were hard to open. Noticed several others struggling until you figured out you had to push really hard because the doors stick. Breakfast was good and fresh. They alternated the meat Pool was nice. I’d definitely stay there again.'

'Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.'

'I didn't even get passed the front desk. The lady there was rude when I went to check in. She told me that I can't stay there because I was local and they don't book rooms to locals. What if your house is being fumigated or it caught on fire and you needed a place to stay??'
