Luxe zeegezicht Stadshuis Loop naar strand, restaurants en spa!

Dit is een prachtig, nieuw herenhuis gelegen op de hoek van een rustig hof in Seascape, Aptos. Het ligt drie korte blokken van Seascape Beach Resort. Er is een verhard, openbaar pad door het resort naar het strand (vijf minuten lopen). Seascape Beach ligt tussen het strand van Rio Del Mar en het strand La Selva. Bekijk dolfijnen en zeeotters in het spel tijdens uw ochtendwandeling, overdag surfend en geniet 's nachts van vreugdevuren op het strand. Op loopafstand van een geweldig Mexicaans restaurant (Palapas), Chinees, pizza, koffiehuis, lekker eten (Sanderlings), boetiekkleding, dagspa, tennis en boodschappen.

Dit rookvrije huis is nieuw gebouwd en prachtig ingericht met een uitstekende open luchtige plattegrond. Master badkamer heeft dubbele wastafels en een bubbelbad met regendouche. Wikkel rond leisteen balkon met tuinmeubilair voor u klaar om te genieten van een glas wijn of een ochtend kopje koffie. Het heeft een omgekeerde plattegrond met de keuken, master en woonkamer boven. Keuken is goed uitgerust met gasfornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast met ijsmachine. Op afstand bedienbare gashaard in de woonkamer, ingebouwde flatscreen-tv, hele huis audiosysteem, dvd, cd-speler, gepolijst beton en hardhouten vloeren, stralingswarmte en geëtste glazen deuren completeren het luxe gevoel van dit unieke herenhuis. Pak gewoon je koffers en ontsnap.

Geniet van wijnproeverijen in enkele van de vele Santa Cruz Mountain-wijngaarden of mountainbiken en wandelen in het nabijgelegen Nisene Marks Park. De strandpromenade van Santa Cruz en de golfbaan Seascape liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand.

Stadshuis ligt op minder dan een uur rijden van Monterey, Carmel en Pebble Beach met hun restaurants van wereldklasse, golfen en bezienswaardigheden bezoeken. Het schiereiland Monterey is de thuisbasis van enkele van de beste duiken in de VS, evenals het beroemde Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cypress Point Golf Course, schilderachtige Carmel-by-the-Sea en historische Cannery Row. Seascape Escape

Beautiful and comfy condo by the ocean! We enjoyed our stay very much and got to do a little shopping and dining in the village shopping area. Excellent sunsets from the beach! Would definitely recommend this area to others!

Excellent location beautiful decor

This cute 3 bedroom was so cute and decorated so very nicely. We loved it. The master bedroom is upstairs across from kitchen and 2 are downstairs with french doors on both sides to access the patio. The lil patio was so peaceful and delightful. The fire pit made the best smores. Perfect location to allow you to be within driving distance of multiple sites including bixby bridge, multiple beaches and Henry cowell red wood forest.

Very Nice, But...

We loved being walking distance from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We loved the living spaces in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/etc we needed. Just a couple of challenges: housekeeping left a full load of sheets and towels in the dryer, which we had to fold and set aside before we could use it. The place is located on a busy street; yes, technically in a cul-de-sac, but right on the corner of the main street coming and going through Sea Scape. Therefore it was much noisier than we expected. The outside patio was not cleaned up much, but we had a BBQ nonetheless. The bathrooms were beautiful, but the jacuzzi tub was not user friendly. The hot water pressure was so low, that after 30 minutes, it will was not full enough to use. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Great Condo in Aptos

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo in Aptos and we really enjoy it. It's clean, updated, comfortable and well-maintained. It has easy access to the beach, golf and restaurants, but it's also away from the fast-paced visitors in Santa Cruz. You can spend a slow day relaxing in Aptos, or it's a quick drive to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and even Monterey.

House was clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Home was fully stocked with any items we needed for kitchen. Walk to the back area was short. Grocery and coffee shop near rental was very nice. Radiant floor heating took awhile to heat up, but once it did we were plenty warm. Owners left great instructions and we had everything we needed with no confusion.

Every happy with this rental. Nice layout, clean and close to food, coffee and the beach. Aptos is a great location. It's a bit quieter than Santa Cruz but close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home and extremely clean! Great location walking to shops and the beach. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bath towels. The kids loved the jetted bathtub. The kitchen has any and everything You could possibly need to cook a meal, very well stocked with utensils and appliances. We had a very wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We like this location as it is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The home was clean and very convenient for a family. Our only challenge was in locking the front door upon leaving. It was hit or miss to lock. We finally seemed to get the knack of the lock by closing the door firmly. Not a deal breaker as we will rent again!
