Geweldig hotel!
Dit is een top-of-the-range hotel in Aqaba dichtbij het strand en centrum van de stad. Het is aan een drukke weg aan één kant, en er staat een ander gebouw aan de andere (met aardig wat air conditioning herrie) dus het uitzicht is niet het beste, maar dat is het enige minpuntje. De service is fantastisch, het ontbijt geweldig en er is een goed restaurant.

heeft voor en nadelen
+ mooi hotel midden in het centrum. heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, gratis parkeerruimte en wifi, leuke restaurant aan overkant en winkeltjes voor alcohol - je mag geen eigen drank meenemen en vragen dus woekerprijzen terwijl je al premium voor kamer betaald en mini bar is leeg, ontbijt is ook duur, strand gedeelte ligt buiten de stad, ook daar mag je geen eigen drinken meennemen, ook daar is eten/drinken duur, personeel in strand gedeelte is lui, harde muziek aan pool bij sttand gedeelte is dus niet echt ontspannend...lijkt alsof je aan een discopool ligt.

All night we could hear honking and street noise. The all-day restaurant was very average, staff not attending and looked bored, not great selection in terms of food and taste below the mark. The reception staff was very professional and friendly, room was small but cosy.

Great place to relax
Lovely stay here both before and after we went to Petra. We left our luggage here while we overnighted at Wadi Rum and visited Petra. It was a really nice break to relax by the pool and enjoy a clean, Western standard hotel in a country that is otherwise quite dirty and regressive. The pool was clean and sparkling, the reception staff very professional and the breakfast was brilliant! Rooftop bar has great cocktails and fabulous views over the seato Eilat.

The hotel is well located within walkable distance to most sites, shoppijg malls and restaurant. The check-in was very good, there was a nice lady called Suheir whonwas quite helpful and pleasant. Rooms and aervices were good. However, the food served for breakfast was the same on all days with very few varieties. This needs improvement.

Séjour reposant, la literie est très confortable. Le personnel de la piscine est très accueillant et serviable, la piscine quand à elle est à bonne température. Dommage nous étions deux pendant les deux jours du séjour et à chaque fois il n’y avait qu’un seul service au niveau des produits et linge d’entretien ( peignoirs, pantoufle, gel douche, rasoir … ). Cependant pour un 5 étoiles l’état des finitions dans la salle de bain n’est pas acceptable pour un 5 étoiles ( joint, bouchon des évacuations non étanches …)
