'Great hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. '

'I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. '

'The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. '

'No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hĂŽtelier nous a assurĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. 'Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed. Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam. Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later

'Le studio est correct, visiblement rĂ©novĂ© rĂ©cemment. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s, il y avait des dizaines de mouches mortes partout, y compris dans la vaisselle. Une forte odeur d’égouts planait dans tout le studio. Les Ă©quipements sont assez basiques, aucun produit d’entretien, vaisselle, pas d’éponge... il faut penser Ă  tout apporter. L’isolation est trĂšs mauvaise (tant acoustique que thermique). Cote positif, la vue est dĂ©gagĂ©e et magnifique, un petit balcon bien agrĂ©able, et le personnel...

'It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.'
