'One night stay with family. Huge room with full size fridge, two burner stove, full microwave and plates, cups, silverware, etc in our suite. Pool and fitness area but did not use. Clean room, small pillows for some reason. Breakfast was typical continental hotel fare. 15 minutes from downtown Madison.'

However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side. 'We were going to a show at Alliant energy stadium. Hotel was a quick easy walk. Not a lot of dining and drink options walkable. Staff and hotel were great! '

The person cleaning our room must have forgotten to check the tissue box because we went without tissues for two nights. We were also missing spoons from the silverware drawer but they gave us some plastic ones. '
