Located on the 5th floor of a six-story building with elevator access, this approximately 52 m² (560 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and boasts an ideal location facing the Marins Jetty and the beach.
An entrance hallway, equipped with a closet and washing machine, leads to a separate toilet with a washbasin and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom, facing northwest, offers a superb view of the bay, has a 140 cm (55 in) bed, built-in storage, and direct access to the terrace. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, conventional and microwave ovens, induction hob, extractor hood, and Nespresso machine) opening onto a comfortable living room with a sofa and television. The dining room, separated by a bar, opens onto a balcony. The former loggia, transformed into a 2nd bedroom with a 160 cm sofa bed, is bathed in light thanks to a large west-facing bay window offering a lovely view of the city and the bay. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the Arcachon bay and the magnificent seafront villas, ideal for enjoying the beautiful days and having meals. The apartment, carefully decorated, is both functional and warm. It has an underground parking box and an Internet / WIFI connection. The beach is at the foot of the residence, a supermarket (Carrefour Market) is 30 meters away and Arcachon city center is only a 10-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed.
