The fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a conventional oven, a microwave, four ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, and a dishwasher, also opens onto the outdoor passageway. The hallway leads to two south-facing bedrooms: the first with two single bunk beds and a closet/wardrobe, the second with a double bed (160 cm) and a dressing room. You'll also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, as well as a separate toilet. The outdoor walkway can be used as a balcony for enjoying a drink while enjoying the view of Notre-Dame Basilica.
The apartment benefits from a shared Wi-Fi internet connection for all apartments in the villa. In excellent condition, very well-equipped, with a modern and refined decor, it enjoys an ideal location: beaches and shops (Carrefour Express) are less than 200 meters away, and the municipal market is a 10-minute walk away.
