L'abricôtier - Arcachon

Welcome to the Aiguillon district in Arcachon, home to the fishing port and marina. Located opposite the Arcachon marina, L'Abricôtier is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and private parking. The bright apartment offers panoramic views of much of the Arcachon Bay. Well-furnished and functional, it comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that can be converted into a guest bedroom (with a 160x200 cm Murphy bed), a lounge area, a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the south side of the building, all the amenities you need for a successful stay are within easy reach: small grocery stores, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. You can also reach Arcachon town center by strolling along the boardwalk on the beach or wandering through the streets where magnificent late 19th-century villas await your gaze. The apartment is equipped with gas central heating, billed according to meter readings. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day (billed according to meter readings) is not included. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
