Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in a typical district of l'Aiguillon in Arcachon this fully renovated and tastefully decorated flat. Located on the 4thᵉ and top floor with lift, it offers you from its fitted terrace with an unobstructed view over the rooftops and a view angle over the basin! The flat sleeps 2 people very comfortably.

The Piton des Neiges layout :
- You enter the sleeping area with a double bed, under-bed storage and closet.
- Shower room with large shower, washbasin and storage unit, toilet.
- The living area is very pleasant and opens onto the terrace with bay windows, sofa, armchair, TV and Wifi included.

The kitchen is fully equipped : top fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Well thought-out retractable table at worktop level with 2 high stools, all space is cleverly optimized here !

Exterior :
The terrace overlooking the Bassin gives you a feeling of infinity, height and well-being. From breakfast to dinner, it's the perfect place to spend the day.
The owners, who live on Reunion Island - hence the name Piton des Neiges - have turned it into a little oasis of greenery, decorated with artificial plants - a little paradise !
You can take full advantage of the outdoor furniture : wooden table, armchairs and parasol.

We like :
Its privileged location, with the entrance to the residence facing the port, its calm, its decoration, the space that provides a separate sleeping area from the living room, its terrace, and a big plus in summer : its private parking space in the residence's parking lot.
If you're renting bikes, the cycle paths here are superb, and you can hook them up just before the parking lot, under your own responsibility.

Your bed will be made up, sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels.
To get your stay off to a good start, we supply a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, toilet paper, shower gel and a few dishwasher tablets. clotheshorse, iron and ironing board. No washing machine.

- Relax in the harbor, discover the beautiful boats, and enjoy the calm of life at l'Aiguillon, just down the road from your home. All you have to do is walk along the harbor and take the path along the beach to reach the heart of Arcachon in 1/4h.

Enjoy all the attractions of the Bassin, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bassin !
The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview, a treat for young and old alike...
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, the port of La Teste awaits you, from Gujan, or at the Arcachon market, a 15-minute walk from the beach or from La Teste (bring a container if you'd like to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla !
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées !
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth !
Take a trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or take your kayak out on your own !
Great bike rides thanks to the many cycle paths along the Bassin, and there are plenty of bike rental outlets in Arcachon.

If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, with a beeped gate entrance for cars of all sizes.
