Located on the 4th floor with lift, it comprises :
- two bedrooms (west-facing/sunset view), one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps three)
- two bathrooms, one with bath/shower, the other with shower;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a dining room ;
- a lounge area with two convertible sofas;
- a north-facing balcony to keep out the heat.
- and a parking space in the building's underground garage, directly accessible from the flat by lift (vehicles up to 1.70 m high).

The following facilities are available: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine and Wifi.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a commune of the South-West of France located in Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through the many hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, stroll on the port or take a boat to the Ile aux Oiseaux. The Winter City is a neighborhood where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
