'Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope.'

'The first and best part of our stay was the quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely a better alternative to staying downtown or at a hotel filled with noisy guests.Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. I stayed with my young son, parents, and a friend. We all had plenty of room to sleep. Knowing it was one bathroom, we would plan ahead for who needed to shower.The house itself has character. 'Overall stay was good. Host was very easy to work with.However, there were several maintenance issues:BOTH bathroom outlets not working Fire place cold air coming in living roomKitchen light flickering as if shorting out. Living room chair leg wobbly Patio door off Track Kitchen clocks need batteriesTV in one bedroom screen cracked.Roku not working either bedroom and no Panasonic remote so had to get up and down to manually change channels.'
