'Het personeel is heel attent en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst krijg je gelijk allerlei handige info over de stad. Het personeel weet uit de info van de reispapieren wie de gast is. ik kreeg op mijn verjaardag een leuke attentie bij het ontbijt. ik had niet apart gemeld dat ik jarig was. Heel leuk en ik voelde me gelijk echt jarig.'
