'Friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to pharmacy, restaurant, and bakery. They also helped with my airport transport early in the morning. Overall, very comfortable and convenient!'

'Great location, nice lake view. Peaceful. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful staff'

'Goede ligging, goede ruime kamer, meerdere restaurants en bars, personeel was super vriendelijk.'

Helpful staff at the reception desk, booking trips for us. Only a small walk to the centre of Flores, but nothing happening in the close neighbourhoud of the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. This was well taken care of and tasty. Service was a bit awkward, usually took a while to get our orders. They didn't seem...

'Just not a great place. Staff is terrible and not friendly. And the rooms where old'

'We arrived and were offered an upgraded room in the same hotel—there are two separate buildings located right on the lakeshore. A young man on the front deck was very calm, courteous, and helpful, answering all our questions. A big thank you to him! ¡Muchas gracias...
