Welcome to your Italian countryside retreat, where rustic charm meets modern comfort across three stunning floors. Nestled in an olive grove with sweeping views from the Adriatic coast to rolling hills, this recently modernized villa offers the perfect setting for memorable family gatherings and friendly escapes.

The pool is always open from June to the end of September, this can be extended but may incur an additional cost depending on circumstances and what bookings we have, please ask!

The space
INSIDE THE VILLA

Ground Floor:

A bright, contemporary kitchen forms the heart of the home, featuring all modern amenities and a generous dining area. The adjacent games room, complete with comfortable seating and TV, opens through french doors to the pool area. A well-equipped modern gymnasium and full bathroom make this floor a hub of activity and relaxation.

The pool isn't heated but the blazing Italian sun makes it a pleasant temperature and perfect for cooling off after a hot days sunbathing!! The pool is an ample 8m x 4m in size and has a sloping floor 1.2m in the shallow end which goes to a depth of aprrox 2m at its deepest

Middle Floor:

The welcoming lounge bathes in natural light, with a Juliette balcony perfect for morning coffee with a view. This level houses two bedrooms - one spacious room with its own Juliette balcony, and a family-friendly bedroom featuring a double bed with single bunk above.

Top Floor:

Two additional bedrooms share a cleverly designed bathroom with separate access points. A sun-drenched terrace extends from these rooms, offering the perfect spot for soaking in the panoramic views.

OUTSIDE SPACES:

The villa's grounds are a Mediterranean dream, featuring mature olive and fruit trees. The private swimming pool takes center stage, surrounded by a paved terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor dining facilities. Multiple balconies and terraces ensure you can follow the sun throughout the day while enjoying those spectacular views.
