The house is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season and is located just a 10-minute drive from beautiful Lerici—one of the gems of the Gulf of Poets—with its beaches, charming seafront promenade, seafood restaurants, and picturesque castle.



The property consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower enclosure, and a double bedroom.

By law, before arrival it is mandatory to complete an online form for guest registration. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be filled out by all travelers.

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of €10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

*Welcome to the heart of Vernazza*
A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic and photographed villages of the 5Terre. It combines the authentic charm of Ligurian tradition with modern comfort, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. A few steps from the sea, the station and the most characteristic restaurants.
Three large double bedrooms all with independent air conditioning and free wi-fi.
The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.
