"Overall, the hotel’s location was beautiful, and most things went smoothly. However, two issues seriously impacted our experience. First, we found the breakfast hours to be a bit too restrictive (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM). On one morning, I went to get a coffee at exactly 10:31 AM. Even though it was just one minute past the deadline, the staff member refused to serve me and had already turned off the machine. While I understand rules, a little more flexibility and hospitality for a cup of coffee would have been appreciated. Second, during our check-out, we were asked to pay an additional amount for items ordered during our stay. The total was higher than we expected, so we naturally asked for an itemized list. Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was quite upsetting. Instead of being helpful, their defensive and unprofessional behavior made us feel uncomfortable, as if something dishonest was going on. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your guest service, especially regarding staff training at the front desk and breakfast area. Thank you, Ardalan"
