'the rugs on the floors were dirty not cleaned. Curtains were torn and dirty. the blinds were torn. the worst was the elevator (the only one in the building broke and was down for the five days we were their. So we had to walk up and down the stairs. with our luggage when we left. The food was bad. We had our family reunion and dinner their the table cloths were dirty. They said they would consider talking something off our families bill but that did not happen. the food they have for breakfast...

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. 'The hotel was more dated in person compared to the photos. The entrance into hotel seemed to be under construction, the floors looked like they were working on it.
When I arrived there was no one at the desk , I had to the person sitting in the office to the side if front desk was on a break? He had to look for her and she finally showed up and checked me in. The front desk was giving cheap motel vibes. This didn’t seem to be corporate Hyatt hotel.

'The place is under construction, you had to drive around through a rear construction zone to get in there. There was no room service. I shouldn’t have paid full price for that hotel stay
I have nothing but good to say about the staff. This has nothing to do with the people that work there. It’s all about ownership management charging me full price for a less than full product. I literally should get a refund of at least 50%.'

'I booked room 138. False advertisement. I wish I could get a refund. I wish I got my money back. My mom would have probably had a cleaner experience at a motel 6. I would have saved so much money.
