'Ok ,I stayed here with my family and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The property was clean! Parking was a bit odd since it’s shared with the mall but no big deal. But Toni at the front desk was nothing shy of AMAZING! Toni was awesome and he took care of my family so we could enjoy our stay! All in all I would DEFINITELY go back!'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. 'The room was fine. However, the negative part of this experience was that a hotel staff decided to call our room at 5:20am regarding an error from check in. When confronted, the staff did not do anything to respond to this strict inconvenience. This call absolutely ruined our stay and made it uncomfortable. If you are looking for a big room, it’s your hotel. But if you want good service find somewhere else.'

'Staf was extremely friendly and greeting you even as passing through the lobby. Staff was very helpful and accommodating dispite being fully booked due to local event. All in all was a very nice place to stay lots to do around there within very reasonable drive times tons of food options around and major pmus hotel has a bar which was very nice, excellent place to stay i came in from the bay area so deffiently helps having a nice place to stay and shop around and etc.'
