The house features all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Designed and equipped for 8 people, this single-story property features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room opening onto a large terrace, four bedrooms (two queen-size beds and four single beds), a shower room with a built-in and partitioned toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet with a hand basin, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden with a private pool, not overlooked by neighboring homes, and a large terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola, equipped with garden furniture, a relaxation lounge, and a spa for relaxing at any time of day. The spa and swimming pool (3 m x 6 m x 1.46 m) are available from May 1st to October 31st, 2025. For a hassle-free stay, bed linens, towels, table linens, and heating are included in the price. The cottage does not have an electrical outlet for charging a car. Charging stations are available nearby (shopping center, tourist office, town hall, etc.).
