The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Argelès-sur-Mer offers this charming 100 m² house for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 travellers, but is unsuitable for a group of young people. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 35 m² garden and terrace. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fibre optic), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher, etc.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed, east-facing garden of approx. 35 m², partly gravelled with plant borders.
- A fully tiled, east-facing terrace of approx. 21 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For added comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, column fans in bedrooms.

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in a residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Nestling at the foot of the Albères massif, the famous seaside resort of Argelès-sur-Mer combines all the ingredients for a holiday that's both sporty and lazy. Its vast 7-kilometre sandy beach, 12-hectare seafront pine forest and 3-kilometre tree-lined promenade make it a highly popular tourist destination. It also offers a wide range of water-based and land-based leisure activities.
