Lovely villa in a great location
The villa is bigger and nicer than the photos show. The outside area is beautiful. It’s a 15 minute walk to collioure and less than 10 minutes to a beach with a beach bar.

We did not want to leave!
We did not want to leave this lovely secluded, spotless house with a large pool, surrounded by apple and olive trees. The house is really well equipped with anything you need for cooking, with 2 BBQ areas for eating al fresco. Great for fun activities with toys and a table tennis table. Easy to find, with beach access just 5 minutes away. Its a short walk from Coulliere town (although quite a steep hill back!) which has a bustling market, lovely restaurants and a castle.

Belle maison, très beau jardin
Nous avons vecu la semaine dehors avec les 3 extérieurs distincts tres jolis et très bien équipés ( transats, parasols canapés, fauteuils confortables et coquets). 10mn à pied pour aller sur la plage en galets, 5mn par le camping sur les rochets. Epicerie du camping proche très bien fournie et juste un peu plus chère. Centre de Collioure à 20 mn à pied, ça monte et ca descend par un chemin sans trop de voiture. Le train est visible mais peu derangeant. Par contre la route de la corniche surplombe la villa, même si elle est cachée par la vegetation. On l entend quand pas de vent. Ce serait le paradis sans cette voie! Il faut dire que j ai une hyper sensibilité au bruit.

The property was large, clean and had everything you could wish for. All the cooking items. It is on a lovely setting, it had a number of areas to sit -in the shade and out, and also different places to eat. We had breakfast in one place and dinner somewhere else. The weather was hot but there was a breeze most days.

Propriété avec piscine à 5mn à pied de la mer
Grande propriété bien entretenue avec bel espace piscine et 2 autres espaces barbecues /repas trés agréables . Grande maison avec tout le confort ,trés propre ,rien ne manque .Seul bémol la proximité de la route et de la voie de chemin de fer mais comme on est dans un écrin de nature ce n'est pas génant .Et surtout on est à 5 mn à pied de la mer dans une zone naturelle protégée .Ajouté à cela de hotes accueillants . Bref un séjour trés agréable .

Fantastischer Urlaub
Wir ( sieben Erwachsene) waren im Juni in der wunderschönen Villa. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Marie-Claire waren sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum. Es gibt nichts, das wir ändern würden :-) ! Collioure - ein wirklich besuchenswertes Städtchen - ist sehr nah und auch zu Fuss problemlos zu erreichen. Ebenso der Strand. Einzig der Verkehrslärm der nahen Strasse ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und der traumhafte Garten entschädigen absolut dafür. Herzlichen Dank dem Besitzer und Marie-Claire!

Fantastic property
We arrived tired at the property and were met by Marie Claire who could not have been more friendly . The house was immaculate with modern appliances and a lovely garden with areas for everyone to enjoy themselves . The pool was cleaned and maintained regularly and we even spent a day with the owners family and friends . A fantastic stay with the beautiful town of Collioure very close by . Ideal for family reunion
We had a wonderful time with family and friends from Australia, New York, Holland and Curacao. The property is very large; inside it's very nicely decorated and the garden is large with many areas to sit and lounge. It felt like home and that's what we look for in a vacation house. Marie Claire and Jeremy were very attentive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our long overdue family reunion!

Tout est superbe
Aussi bien a l'intérieur que dans le jardin tout est fait avec goût. Cette maison est généreuse, tout est prévu et fonctionnel, la literie est très confortable, la propreté à tous les niveaux. De nombreux endroits pour s'isoler, d'autres pour se retrouver. Merci à Marie Claire qui est une hôte attentionnée soucieuse de la qualité de notre séjour.

Great family villa
Perfect family villa for our group. We enjoyed all the eating and sitting areas, as well as the pool, table tennis and table football. The accommodation is very stylish. Great location with walks to several beaches very close by. We visited Collioure, as well as Racou and other areas. As previously mentioned, there is a road and railway nearby, but this was not an issue for us. We would highly recommend.

Haus mit grosszügiger Gartenanlage und Pool
Das gemietete Haus hat sehr schöne Zimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Outdoor-Kochmöglichkeiten sind exzellent (Barbecue, Kochplatte etc.). Der Garten ist sehr gross und der Pool mit gedeckter Lounge und Liegemöglichkeiten sind top. Das Schwimmen im Pool machte grossen Spass. Der Weg zum Meer war etwas weiter als ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Wir blieben deshalb mehrheitlich im Garten und Pool. Die Gastgeber (Mme Marie-Claire) war sehr freundlich und hat auf die E-mails immer sofort reagiert. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus mit dem sehr schönen Garten verbracht. Vielen Dank.

Un accueil chaleureux, une maison impeccable, ou il ne manque rien, dommage la route de Collioures un peu trop près, ainsi que le train, heureusement, celui ci ne passe pas souvent, par contre , les accès aux Criques sont Supers, à peine 200 mêtres.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, großartige Außenanlage, toller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist großzügig für zwei Familien, in den Außenanlagen gibt es viele wunderbar gelegene Plätze: Poolbereich mit Sofaecke zum Chillen, tolle Außenküche mit gemütlicher Bar und Holzofen sowie Gasgrill etc. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz in 4 Doppelzimmern auf 2 Etagen. Einziges Manko: die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich konnten wir nicht benutzen, das war bei 38° im Schatten leicht herausfordernd. Marie-Claire war sehr, sehr nett und hat uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig mit Fußwegen zur Küste und nach Collioure und mit dem Auto kommt man durch die gute Anbindung schnell überall hin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! (Aber bitte mit Klimaanlage auch im Wohnbereich ;-) )

Wonderful property close to the beach
This is a beautiful house with extensive grounds and two really lovely BBQ areas in addition to a great pool area. Although close to a road and train line the location is hard to beat being so close to the beach and easy walking distance from Collioure and Argeles Port. Jeremy was lovely and always on hand for any issues that might have arisen. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Agréable séjour dans un coin de paradis dans les hauteurs de Collioure
Une maison finement décorée, avec tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner confortablement. Un grand plus pour les extérieurs, nombreux et joliment aménagés. Nous avons apprécié L’excellente literie, la piscine, les repas extérieurs avec plancha, et la réactivité des propriétaires. Il ne manquerait qu’un lave vaisselle ainsi qu’une plus grande luminosité dans la cuisine été, pour que tout soit parfait ! merci pour ce superbe séjour.

Nous avions laissé 2 chèques de caution dont un pour le nettoyage. Apres un grand nettoyage poussé dans cette villa avant notre départ les propriétaires ont décidé de conserver la caution nettoyage au motif de trace sur le carrelage et sur une vitre et des poils de chien sur des coussins extérieurs. Cette location aurait été plus chère avec un nettoyage clairement inclus nous l’aurions quand même loué. Mais décaissé cette somme de cette façon est un peu cavalier.

We enjoyed a lovely week in Collioure. Marie Claire and Jeremy were super responsive, friendly and helpful throughout, including in relation to uncertainty around COVID and travel restrictions. The house is lovely and the outdoor spaces are amazing. We enjoyed a number of walks into town, which is 20 minutes as described, but it is a steep walk in places, so something to consider if that might be a challenge for younger or older guests. Our children were all fine with it, so perhaps just the younger ones if going to town a lot is something you are looking for. Easy access to supermarkets and lovely beaches and restaurants and Collioure is stunning.

French spaces tend to be small; larger holiday properties tend to feel a bit generic, as if they could be in Collioure or Costa Rica. Mas de Criques is a unique: a gorgeous, well-appointed villa amid the vineyards with a glorious amount of outdoor space. Inside, the floor plan allows for both privacy and communal gathering. Our first night a big storm rolled in and the lights went out just as some guest were arriving. Quel un catastrophe! But we were able to contact the owners quite easily and get it sorted out with no problem. I would recommend this sweet, unique villa to anyone wishing to enjoy the special magic of this part of France.

An excellent stay!
Marie Claire’s home is a gem! Recently renovated, it is impeccably clean and includes everything one may need in a house. The main area is open and makes gatherings comfortable and easy. Each bedroom has its own bath and AC control. The outdoors are landscaped beautifully and with several sitting options as well as fun options: swimming pool, ping pong table and foosball table. The property is safe and secure with an all around fence. The nearest beach is 10-15 walking distance via a pretty path. We really had a great time and highly recommend this beautiful property!

Great summer holiday with teens
This was a lovely holiday for 2 families. The house was great for our families with older kids. Location is fantastic; walking distance to Collioure and Racou Plage. Lots to do in the area. We had no idea how lovely Collioure was until we got there and it's just lovely. Plenty of great places to eat out and a short drive into the nearby mountains for activities like canyoning and climbing. I would recommend if going for 2 weeks, pay for additional cleaning mid stay as if not, you won't get a change of towels or bedding.

Kære gæster, vi takker dig for din dejlige påskønnelse af vores ejendom. Vi er dog meget overrasket over, at du fandt den første strand på 600 meter, fordi den ville svare til stranden i Ouille, vi har ved konsensus beregnet afstanden til den første strand, og den er nøjagtigt på 302 meter fra ejendommen . Den første strand lå til venstre for ejendommen mod Racou, kaldet Plage des Criques de Porteils. Tak igen for dit besøg oprigtigt

Fantastic property in a beautiful place
We had a really great stay here. Everything about the house was spot on. We have 4 young kids and they loved the pool, the ping pong table, eating at the bar.... it’s a really easy house for lots of people. There are lots of different zones for people wanting to do different things. Everything inside the house was great - all machines perfect and beautifully clean, well presented and kept. Lovely little touches from the owners who were delightful. Top notch! And easy location to reach everything. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa
Great holiday at this villa, very impressive grounds and a beautiful villa with all modern amenities. Very freindly owners and they went out of their way to help with our very late arrival ( 1:00 am in the morning). Will definitely look to return as this villa accommodated our entire family including grand children with ease due to the Cast amount of space in and around the villa. Very private and secluded but close to both Argeles and Collioure. We cannot fault this villa.

Très beau mas, formidablement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.
Très belle propriété, très bien entretenue. De beaux espaces de vie en extérieur. Idéale pour famille avec enfants et entre amis. L’intérieur est meublé avec beaucoup de goût mêlant l’ancien et le contemporain. Rien de manque dehors comme dedans. La cuisine extérieure est très pratique et agréable. L’accueil est chaleureux. Les fruits cueillis sur les fruitiers délicieux.

Très belle et vaste propriété
Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre amis. La propriété est à 2 pas de la plage avec de belles ballades à faire. Que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, elle est dotée de plusieurs espaces où chacun peut trouver un moment de tranquillité avant de se retrouver autour du barbecue et du bar.
