We are offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in the town of Argelès-sur-Mer, just 50 metres from the beach. It measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x190) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet

The flat is ideally situated in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park near the flat.

- Nearest railway station: Argelès-sur-Mer station, approximately 6 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport, approximately 35 minutes’ drive away
