This large 1960s house with its 500 m² private, enclosed, wooded garden and private swimming pool (3 x 12 x 1.5 m) is located in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the ground floor bedroom is only from the outside through the garden, with a direct view of the pool. This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size Murphy bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom (toilet). Through an entrance hall, you will access the upper floor, which opens onto the large, bright living room with a dining room and lounge, surrounded by a balcony. The kitchen is separate. Due to architectural constraints, through the kitchen, you will access the bedroom equipped with a queen-size Murphy bed and its private living room overlooking the garden and pool. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another with a king-size bed opening onto the balcony. Shower room, toilet. Parking for 3 cars in the garden and in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. 2 gîtes (4 people and 2 people) are also available on site.
