'Het hotel is erg verouderd. De badkamer is heel basic , alleen een shampoo en conditioner. Geen douchegel of zo . De bedden zijn voorzien van heel dunne dekentjes. Als het koud is zijn er gern extra dekens. De witte sprei op bed was vies.
Het internet was slecht. Heel traag of zelfs geen verbinding.
Het hotel drasgt 4 sterren , maar is het niet waard.

'The front desk staff were good and helpful. The room is decent for the price in the area. Breakfast is OK but a bit limited in choice. We used the restaurant once in the evening and would not recommend it, especially if you don't speak Spanish. The food was good but it was a constant back and forth (made worse by lack of Spanish on our part) to get different parts of the meal delivered. 'this is the third time that we have stayed at the Charming hotel, we love the spa concept they offer in every suite with sauna, jacuzzi and steam shower. we were offered a room in the new area of the hotel that was recently built.
This new area is beautiful, the most outstanding view of the lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains i think is the best selling point for the hotel.
