'Breakfast was good. You could ask for all kind of eegs and if what a double expresso, you got it.
The staff was super friendly, securing you had a wonderfull stay. And the dinner was amazing good and with a customer focussesd served.
But i woud like to thank the whole staff for our wonderfull stay.
If we return to El Chalten we return to this hotel.'

'Do not stay here.
Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird.
They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult.
This was also the middle of their high season so there...

'Je zou voor een 5 sterren hotel meer verwachten. Bij het inchecken verloopt het chaotisch en worden er nog rustig andere gesprekken met collega’s gevoerd. Kamers zijn prima evenals de Spa / zwembad. Ieder uur gaat er een shuttle naar het centrum en weer terug.
De dame bij het uitchecken was wel vriendelijk dus het is nogal afhankelijk van wie je treft. '
