'Lovely view over the public beach from our balcony. Only downside was smell of someone smoking on a nearby balcony. Room comfortable and clean. Wasn't keen on the window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Even with blind down you can see through to the toilet area. All staff helpful and polite. Liked the different areas around the pool and slope down to tiny beach area. Excellent idea to have a buzzer for staff to take poolside orders. Took advantage of the 8am yoga and pilates classes...

'Het hotel is schoon. Het is een hotel gebouwd in 1981. De badkamer is klein, maar dan ook echt klein. De douche te klein om goed te kunnen douchen. Maar verder geen opmerkingen daarover. Het ontbijt genoeg keuze, alleen de koffie is ronduit slecht, oploskoffie. Dat verwacht je niet in een hotel met zo een kamerprijs! '

'I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. As the hotel is still new, the sauna and steam room were not yet ready for guests. My only suggestion...

'The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. Instead, guests were expected to go and ask for these things themselves. All...
