'The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

'The view from the balcony is stunning to watch the sunrise and the sunset. It is perfectly located between 2 beaches (10 min walk either way) and close enough to wander in to town if you like the tourist things. The owners were so helpful and brought us fresh fruit, veg and eggs regularly, that they grow in the gardens surrounding the property. We’re we’re a family of 4 and there was plenty of space to relax and chill.'

'We had a couple of issues with this villa . The aircon in the main living room and main bedroom was not great . The kitchen needs restocking with glasses and cooking items . The water ran out and had to wait for delivery of water and the location of the villa is a little far out from the nearest town and needed taxis which were not cheap . Having said all this still an enjoyable holiday'

'We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. 'If you’re looking to escape the party crowds on Zakynthos this is a perfect retreat. Beautiful and thoughtful villas spread out privately. I really enjoyed my time here. There’s a beach a short walk away, a wonderful seafront taverna and several others just up the road. Maria provided excellent instructions with great tips for the week. I only wish I could have joined the wine tasting. I met Olga for a massage too! You’ve got all you need here and a small hob and essentials to cook if you need...

"It’s a clean and beautiful hotel. You can park underneath the building, and there are shops nearby where you can buy drinks and other essentials. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel where you can eat. Sweet cats can be found both inside and around the hotel, which adds a lovely touch. A big thank you to the kind staff at the bar in the lobby, such warm-hearted and hardworking girls and guys. Truly appreciated! A few other staff members could really learn something from them."
