'the valet was good, but expensive. my room was very clean, but the tv’s signal kept going out. they still use cable, so with the fact that the connection kept being lost we couldn’t even use the tv. the beds were comfortable though'

'Variety at breakfast. Super fresh! Everything works; water station, workout room, laundry, pool, fireplace and pit. Rooms are fresh and clean. This was a great stay. BTW, the manager was super nice and took care of us. The furniture in common areas is getting worn. That's the only thing I saw that needs repair.'

'Pool was closed the entire time (end of June), and only one working elevator for the six story hotel. Common area furniture was very uncomfortable, but beds were good. Everything was very clean and staff were very helpful.'

'booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.'

'What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful.'

'Dominque was amazing through the check in process. And the gentlemen/and young lady this morning was also helpful. I do applaud that they were all professionally put together as you don’t see that quote often anymore. The rooms were nice and clean. The only downfall was it confusing connecting to the WiFi. I would suggest using your hotspot.'

'Room was amazing. There was a kitchenette, a real closet with a safe and the sofa was an extremely comfy sectional. We were expecting the same old traditional motel room set up and instead we got a huge upgrade for the same price. They not only accept pets but expected us to have one with us like that's just what everyone does.'
