'I enjoyed my stay and the room and bathroom was very nice, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the room had an unplugged lamp, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, also there was no housekeeping available to clean the room and no do not disturb signs, also I didn’t know where to get extra towels and shower pads, I also didn’t feel safe with all of the people loitering around the parking lot and in the lobby…I wouldn’t bring my teenage daughter there with me.'

'The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. 'The room was clean and beds comfortable. The rest of the hotel was not that good. The halls had a really heavy smoke smell. There were people smoking just outside the door every time we went in or out. One of our windows was cracked. There were several people just hanging around outside of the hotel. It seems some people may be living there. '

'Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.'

Silly me, I thought I was paying for my stay, as I seldom use that card, I knew I had enough to pay for the room, and thought that's what I was doing. NOT THE CASE. So I had to scramble at check-in because I owed $482.00 the regular room rate rather than the deal I thought I HAD gotten using Expedia. NOT a happy camper was I. Thank you...

"Here is the translation: "It was a fantastic, charming, and lovely cabin located on top of a mountain in a secluded spot. A delightful stay. We enjoyed the grill, firepit, and also the peace and quiet (no busy roads, truly remote) to completely relax. The cabin is fully equipped with amenities such as a shower, hot water, fiber-optic (!!) internet, and a well-stocked kitchen. Our stay was wonderful as we explored the beautiful surroundings of the Finger Lakes and Upstate NY from here. We did lose power for a short time due to a tropical storm, but the owner quickly helped us get everything back up and running. Very helpful and quick to respond!
