Goed hotel, maar 4 sterren?
Goede kamer. Fijn was, dat de koelkast gevuld was met vier alcoholvrije drankjes. Minder leuk was, dat de twee waters, die we gedronken hadden de tweede dag niet bijgevuld waren. Het toilet was belachelijk klein; we zijn slank, maar als je gezet zou zijn zou je de deur open moeten laten staan. De kamer was heel schoon. Het tweepersoonsbed was breed genoeg; op het ook aanwezige eenpersoonsbed kon je goed je koffers leggen. Uitzicht matig. Heel goed gelegen, zodat alles in de stad op makkelijke loopafstand is. Heel grote gratis parkeerplaats, direct bij het hotel. Ontbijt in principe behoorlijk uitgebreid, maar de eerste keer waren nogal wat artikelen beperkt aanwezig. Yoghurt alleen met weinig smaakjes en geen broodjes. Tweede keer was er wel een ketchupfles, maar die was leeg. De jus d'orange was van matige kwaliteit. De inrichting van het hotel heeft wel wat. Geen restaurant, maar in de buurt zijn er veel te vinden.

Clean, wonderful hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the Arles Plaza. Everything was within walking distances. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very kind. We arrived early and because the room was not ready yet, we could use their nice swimmingpool. We took the breakfast buffet one time, but this was just an average buffet.

hotel arles plaze, dichtbij het historisch centrum
het hotel is in renovatie, dus ik denk dat het in de toekomst beter wordt. Voor de rest een prima hotel als je lekker het oude historische centrum van Arles wilt bezoeken. Het is namelijk maar 5 minuutjes lopen en dan ben je er al. Na een lange dag is het dan heerlijk om nog een plons te nemen in het zwembad en vervolgens een tertasje op te zoeken. De kamers zelf zijn voldoende voor een paar nachten.

A very nice property with parking included! I can't say anything bad about it. The petit dejeuner was good as well. The staff was helpful. I would definitely come back. A very good value for the price.

L'hôtel avait l'air un peu vieillot de l'extérieur et pas dans le quartier le plus charmant mais à l'intérieur c'était une autre histoire. Les enfants ont adoré la décoration sur le thème du cinéma et la piscine intérieure !

We stayed overnight at the Hotel Arles Plaza. The room was ok. We appreciated the parking and location, it’s very close to the city center and perfect to discover it. Just make sure you don’t forget anything in the room. I accidentally left a fairly new silk nightgown in the room and realised immediately the evening after we left the hotel. Despite contacting the hotel and even driving back a few days later, I was told it was not found…

The staff was pleasant and well informed about the local attractions.The room was as-advertised however there was an interruption of a couple of hours while repairs were made to the hot water heater. Also the hotel should not be able to claim a lounge on-site if it only has beer and liquor but cannot mix a cocktail! The property was located about 20 min walk through a run-down area from the old city. There we had the finest meal at Constantin Restaurant. I highly recommend it.

A clean and modern hotel with excellent location to Arles. Perhaps not walkable to the town, but close enough for quick access. Property feels safe and secure with a gated parking lot access. The room provides basic overnight amenities for an adequate stay. Complaint is related to the lack of ventilation in the room. The toilet room has no vent fan, nor does the shower room. So if sharing the room with others, the smell and steam makes for an uncomfortable in-room environment. While there is a thermostat in the room, the fan power and speed seems to be centrally located and would not turn on via the wall controls. The lack of air movement throughout the night makes for stale, humid air. The humidity is so bad that water droplets collected on the window and puddled on the window sill.

This was a basic hotel. It was clean but there was no dining, no option for inclusive breakfast. The bar wasn’t always open and you had to find someone to get you a drink. The pool is not as big as it looks in the photographs and was under cover. It’s a good 3 star property. The four stars it claims seem a bit of stretch given the facilities at the hotel.

Super séjour
Séjour fantastique. Super accueil tout au long du séjour. Appart en duplex super sympa. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps. On en a bien profité malgré nos visites aux alentours.

Bon hotel i prop del centre
Hotel situat a uns 12 min a peu del centre. Per fora no fa justícia a les habitacions. En el nostre cas, era espaiosa i neta. Potser on està ubicat l'hotel no té una fàcil entrada, però en general ens ha agradat. La piscina tenia l'aigua bastant freda, però suposo que no li beneficia gens les hores de sol i la proximitat de les parets que li impedeixen l'arribada de la llum solar.

Bel établissement proche du centre ville avec piscine et spa tres agréable. L'hôtel est une ile au centre d'un quartier à l'abandon. La ville en général souffre d'un manque d'entretien tant du point de vue de l'état du bâti que de la propreté, y compris dans le centre historique. Quel dommage !!

Propreté limite pour un 4 étoiles, moquette de la chambre tres vieille, une dosette café, une dosette déca et une dosette thé pour deux personnes. Chaque dosette supplémentaire a un euros. Nous sommes arrivés et l’accueil fut normal, rien d’exceptionnel. La chambre découverte, propre mais trop petite pour 2 personnes. On se tape la jambe entre le lit et le bureau. Premier jour arrivé et nous décidons de profiter de la piscine…quelle grossière erreur!! Certes la piscine était jolie mais trop petite pour la capacité de l’hôtel…pas beaucoup de transat non plus et surtout bruyant car 2 enfants avaient décidés de s’accaparer la piscine!! Une femme et son père qui mettent de la musique très fort sans se soucier des personnes autour d’eux!! Ils racontaient même leur vie privée tout haut!! Aucun respect pour les personnes qui veulent simplement passer un bon moment autour de la piscine!! Ça nous a vacciné dès le premier jour et notre séjour a été gâché par tout ça donc impossible de profiter de la piscine pendant notre séjour! Il y avait même un chien sur un transat…non mais hallucinant, un chien sur un transat!!! Nous en avons parlé à la réception mais ils en avaient rien à faire. L’hôtel n’a rien d’un hôtel 4 étoiles car ils ne les méritent clairement pas!!! Moralité: passez votre chemin si vous pensez qu’il s’agit d’un super hôtel digne de ce nom!!!

I needed to do some laundry but the receptionist kept postponing it (we arrived before the check in time and I tried later that night) as she didn’t want to take responsibility for it but we only had two days so by the time the room cleaner came to the bedroom they could no longer guarantee delivery. There was only a small bottle of water for 3 people in the room and when we came back from dinner they suggested to try the vending machine, which was empty. The cleaner didn’t wash the tea cups and left stains on the table, nothing terrible but definitely not the best customer service I experienced for a 4 star hotel

The decor is weird but whatever. The AC worked in one of our two rooms- the other was stifling. The bathrooms had dirty floors. Getting to a restaurant involved walking through a sketchy area. The staff was really nice though!

Hotel Arles canceled our reservation two days before we arrived. They offered another hotel which we accepted, but we could not get confirmation that we actually had a place to stay until one day before we arrived. We were on a river boat cruise when this happened, and it was more than inconvenient to try to obtain the confirmation. I would never book this hotel again due to bumping a reservation at the last minute.

Buon albergo, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, arredato con gusto pessimo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono e il personale gentile, ma per la stessa cifra si può trovare di meglio ad Arles (benché un po' più distanti dal centro). Rimane comunque un'opzione da valutare.
