Nice stay at Kawa in a truly stunning location, however, considering the price we paid, the value for money was poor. Our jacuzzi was broken on arrival and after a back and forth between management, other room options were suggested which were less than what we had paid for originally and we were not offered any monetary discount.
We had an apology from Luis but not from the manager on duty at the time, who continued to be aloof during our stay.
The breakfast was lovely and the views from the room were great. A shame that the manageress was rude during our stay and her customer service was not what you would expect given the rating of the accommodation.
