'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. 'The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. '

'The staff was never at the front desk. People were waiting 20 to 30 minutes to check in to get anything. They were completely out of towels went for breakfast and they were literally out of everything. The only thing they had was scrambled eggs they had no spoons no food no cups nothing I would not stay here.'
