Sierra Serenity - w/ Central Heat!

Enjoy a slice of the Sierra Nevada mountains at spacious and cozy Sierra Serenity! The primary suite with full bathroom and second bedroom are located on the main floor. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious third bedroom, full bathroom and a loft containing games and additional beds! Comes with pack & play, modern smart TVs with streaming services, fast internet, patio with outdoor grill and gas fireplace. Games, puzzles, snow and water toys are provided for our guest’s enjoyment.

You’ll find everything you need to spend a memorable time with friends and family, only a short drive from Bear Valley Ski Resort and Lake Alpine, as well as the Stanislaus River and Calaveras Big Trees State Park.

Note: The driveway is fairly steep, during the winter months chains may be required and a 4WD recommended.

No smoking on property. Max occupancy 10 people. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Camera outside overlooking entry and driveway will be on during stay.

Cabins are fully cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
