Spend a cozy evening at home snuggling up on the furniture while watching TV or planning your next moves. The high-speed WiFi available will help you search for the best attractions and restaurants nearby for an unforgettable time with your loved ones. Friendly competition will be easy to come by with the cornhole set and other outside games. End each dreamy day on the front deck with Adirondack chairs and nighttime cafe lights!

The eat-in kitchen has modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze no matter your level of expertise. Look up the most delicious recipes and treat your family and friends to savory meals! The Keurig coffee maker is ready to be best friends with the early birds of the group. If you feel like preparing more casual meals, a gas grill is also available for summer cookouts! All bedrooms are located upstairs and they share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The wood stove is inoperable and not for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
