We are excited to offer this new suite at the top of the former 316 building. You will have 2 flights of stairs to get to this unit
The master has a king bed with master bathroom.
There is an area with full length mirrors. This will keep the showers going so you are out on the town quickly.
We have 2 bedrooms with queen beds, all linens are included with the suite.
The living room space is big with 2 tv's.
The kitchen has refrigerator with stove and all the utensils.

You are seconds away from the famous Ritz Restaurant and Bar, a scenic walk to the Okoboji Store, look out your window to Okoboji Dough Company and 250 feet to Smiles with Miles.
The parking lot has ample parking space but there is more in the ReMax parking lot just south of us for your trailers and any overflow parking.
We recommend that you bring your bikes so you can enjoy the Dickinson County Spine Trail around the lake, or bring your wagons and scooters for the kids to get around Arnolds Park.

We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
